Overview

The Site Specialist will oversee the afterschool program at a school in Magna, Utah during the school year. They will work with educators, parents, and students in Kindergarten to 8th grade. The successful applicant will work up to 25 hours a week implementing afterschool work and inputting data to illustrate grant success. The Site Specialist will be the primary liaison between families and the afterschool program and will help recruit educators to lead afterschool clubs.

Responsibilities

The Site Specialist will oversee the afterschool program at a school in Magna, UT from 3:15 pm‑6:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Primary responsibilities include checking students in and out of the program, providing snack, managing behavior, recording attendance and other data, communicating with parents, and helping families and students register for afterschool activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for helping with monthly family nights and other family activities, and will collaborate with other afterschool staff to ensure a successful afterschool program.
