Job summary

Default Brand Site Coordinator for the Out of School Time program in Sioux Falls ensures a safe, engaging environment for elementary students, develops lesson plans, maintains records, and supports daily operations in compliance with licensing standards.

This part-time role reports to the Youth Program Success Coach, supervises Youth Development Professionals, and runs a 1:00 PM–6:00 PM schedule Monday through Friday, fostering student learning, positive behavior, and family communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDA credential or equivalent preferred; emphasis in school-age care.
• Two years of college coursework in education or related field.
• Two years of verifiable experience caring for and supervising four or more school-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly site schedule.
• Plan and facilitate lessons to meet program goals.
• Supervise Youth Development Professionals and ensure licensing compliance.
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
• Communicate with families about check-in/out, enrollment, and safety.
