Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in any setting.

• Collaborate with school partners and fellow coaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff to create a welcoming program environment.
• Show up consistently as a role model for students' confidence and social skills.
