Job summary

Elevo Learning in Perris, CA seeks an After School Program Facilitator to deliver SEL-based activities for K–8 students using Elevo’s curriculum. Start date is 09/14/2026 with grades and hours as posted, earning $21 per hour in a program running through 06/04/2027.

Lead groups of up to 20 students after school, maintain positive behavior, collaborate with school staff, and model reliable, engaged participation. Training provided; background checks required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass Live Scan background check and TB screening.
• 18+ with high school diploma or GED.
• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
• Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills.
