Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in education or recreational programs.
• Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students.
• Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
