This role requires experience coaching or working with youth, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and reliability to show up on time for your scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to be a confident, positive role model for students.
• Ability to engage up to 20 students and manage behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities using Elevo's curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Collaborate with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program.
• Show up consistently as a role model to help students build confidence.
