Job summary

Elevo Learning is seeking an After School Program Facilitator to deliver structured, engaging activities for K–8 students using Elevo’s curriculum.

You will coach youth during weekday afternoons in Tracy, CA, build confidence and social skills, and collaborate with school staff and fellow coaches.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth programs is preferred.
• Ability to engage K–8 students in structured activities.
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured, engaging activities for K–8 students using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
