Job summary

The Springfield School District All 4 One - Riverside Middle School in Springfield, VT is seeking an All-4-One Program Staff - PM to supervise and instruct children in before/after-school and summer activities. Qualifications

• Be eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; after one program year required certificates or credentials.
• CPR-First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Enthusiasm, responsibility and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operations supporting daily activities including attendance and instructional support.
• Supervise Afterschool Aides/Volunteers in the classroom.
• Provide a safe, engaging environment and supervise students at all times.
• Assist on daily field trips; walking or bus; able to walk 2 miles during program hours.
• Follow local policy and participate in required in-service training.
• Foster healthy relationships and maintain confidentiality.
