Job summary

Kidsborough in Winchester, MA, is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead our before- and after-school program. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment that supports children’s development.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to Massachusetts EEC regulations. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior licensing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• MA EEC regulations knowledge for school-age programs required.
• Experience leading a licensed school-age child care or youth program preferred.
• Supervising staff experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the before and after school program.
• Supervise, coach, and support program staff.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and company policies.
• Create and oversee engaging enrichment programming that supports children's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and the community.
• Manage enrollment, attendance, documentation, and program records.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding program updates and children's experiences.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive program environment.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including scheduling, supplies, reporting, and staff development.
