Responsibilities

• Supervises a group of children.
• Plans and implements developmentally appropriate activities aligned with YMCA values.
• Supports academic learning being done remotely by students.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings.
• Supports DEIB initiatives and equity goals.
• Follows YMCA and state EEC standards including safety and cleanliness.
• Maintains positive relations with parents and staff.
• Occasionally supports special events and holiday programs.
• Responds to emergencies and supports first aid/CPR when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
