Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of school-based program leadership, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• AA Degree, BA/BS degree preferred.
• Meets CA state licensing and licensing requirements.
• 3 years related experience in school-based learning.
• Strong interpersonal and supervision skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operations of the licensed school-age site and oversee monthly budgets and records.
• Ensure Licensing standards/regulations are met at all times.
• Plan and implement high-quality, culturally relevant programming.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff and volunteers; provide professional development.
