Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for some settings.
• Experience in ASC/ACE programs or after-school settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FWAS program marketing and recruitment across sites.
• Coordinate recruitment of students and families in need of academic improvement.
• Manage budget processes, purchases, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and ACE program guidelines.
• Coordinate transportation and meal logistics for participants.
• Train and supervise staff and volunteers; promote safety and program quality.
