Job summary

Responsibilities

• Uphold YMCA mission and demonstrate nurturing, welcoming behavior.
• Greets parents and children by name and maintains relationships.
• Leads group songs, games and crafts for school-age children.
• Keeps attendance sheets and daily schedules; ensure safety rules.
• Communicates with parents about activities and day.
• Attends staff meetings and training as assigned.
• Be a positive role model with initiative and enthusiasm.
