Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year as a Part-time Group Leader for before & after school at Hildreth Elementary School in Harvard, MA. You will guide students through fun learning activities with training and support.

The role offers no weekends, pays $17.00 per hour, and includes part-time benefits; you may bring your school-age child to work and enjoy employee referrals and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule to meet staffing needs.
• Must be registered and have full clearance from state childcare licensing.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

• Lead a group of student explorers through adventures in fitness, arts, technology and more.
