AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Part-time Group Leader in Revere, MA for the 2026/2027 school year. You’ll guide groups of students before and after school, with shifts from 6:45-9:00am and 2:15-6:00pm, Monday through Friday on a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of high school graduation or GED is required; higher education credentials are preferred.
• A state or nationally recognized credential related to school-age care is acceptable.
• 20/30 college credits with teaching experience in a CAC center meets qualifications.
• 2+ years of qualifying teaching experience in a CAC setting is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through engaging activities in fitness, arts, and technology.
• Collaborate with peers to foster curiosity and joyful learning.
• Create a caring, family‑oriented environment that supports positive staff, student, and parent relationships.
• Follow state childcare licensing requirements and obtain necessary clearances.
