Saint Francis School is seeking a dependable, energetic individual to join our Aftercare/Extended Day Program team. This is a part-time role with schedule Monday–Thursday 2:30–5:30 PM and Friday 2:00–5:30 PM, offering a supportive private school community.

Pay is $24 per hour. Responsibilities include supervising students, planning activities, assisting with homework, maintaining a safe space, and communicating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school or childcare settings.
• Ability to supervise students in an aftercare environment.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students in a safe, nurturing environment after the school day ends.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and outdoor play.
• Assist students with homework and provide a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized extended-day environment.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff.
• Follow all school policies and procedures regarding student safety and supervision.
