Job summary

Saint Francis School is seeking a dependable, energetic, and caring individual to join our Aftercare/Extended Day Program team in Roswell, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a supportive private school community. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:30–5:30 PM; Friday, 2:00–5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school, childcare, or similar setting preferred.
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual attendance is essential.
• Energetic, patient, and able to engage students in activities.
• Strong communication with students, parents, and staff; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students in a safe, nurturing environment after the school day ends.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and outdoor play.
• Assist students with homework and provide a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized extended-day environment.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff.
• Follow all school policies and procedures regarding student safety and supervision.
