Job summary

Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) seeks a part-time Program Leader to plan and run academic and enrichment activities for middle school students at the Aptos Beacon Center. You will design curricula, track progress, and promote engaging, skill-building experiences.

You will provide tutoring, help with homework, and foster a safe, respectful learning climate. Collaboration with school staff and families is essential to support youth achievement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of youth development practices.
• Experience planning and facilitating enrichment activities for youth.
• Experience in classroom management and restorative practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee skill-building and project-based activities for middle school youth.
• Provide tutoring help and assist with daily homework.
• Maintain a positive, safe learning environment and support behavior management.
