Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support our before/after school programs in Mohnton, PA. You will organize daily activities, supervise children, and help deliver engaging, safe learning experiences before and after school.

Ideal candidates have customer service skills, teamwork, at least 1 year of experience with children under 13, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. State requirements and First Aid/CPR may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
• Able to lift 25 lbs
• HS Diploma / GED with required credits in early childhood education or human services
• CDA preferred is a plus
• Pass state-specific requirements and background checks

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in team meetings
• Prepare activities and curriculum for the day
• Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment with positive guidance
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel
