Job summary

Right At School, a local before/after school program in Maryland Heights, MO, is seeking an Educator to create engaging, educational activities for students in a split shift from 6:15AM-8:45AM and 3:00PM-6:00PM. The role emphasizes safety, love of learning, and teamwork in a nurturing environment.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, enjoy working with children, and can lift up to 25 lbs. Requires 18+, a High School diploma or GED, and First Aid/CPR with tuberculosis clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proof of High School diploma or GED required.
• First Aid and CPR in-person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in meetings.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
