Job summary

Right At School in Missouri is seeking an Educator for before/after school programs. You will lead daily activities and curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate learning and healthy living while maintaining a safe classroom.

This role requires teamwork, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 25lbs. Hours are Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon sessions; compensation ranges $16-$19 per hour depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Proof of state requirements to work with children.
• First Aid and CPR in-person are required.
• Cleared tuberculosis test is required.
• 18+ years of age and proof of HS diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum planning aligned with program goals.
• Organize and facilitate engaging activities and age-appropriate fitness routines.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Monitor safety and document attendance and incidents as needed.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, staff and school personnel.
