Job summary

Flatbush Development Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Content Specialist to develop and implement educational and recreational curricula for youth.

You will supervise staff, coach instructors, and ensure curriculum aligns with Youth Development principles and selected standards. Working closely with leadership, you’ll design pre-program and ongoing professional development, monitor instructional quality, and contribute to program assessment.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development for youth programs.
• Proven ability to coach and supervise instructional staff.
• Experience aligning curriculum to youth development and SEL standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational curriculum for elementary/middle school students.
• Supervise instructors and support staff; train staff in lesson planning and curriculum delivery.
• Coordinate with program leadership on curriculum design and staff development; monitor program impact.
