Job summary

New York Junior Tennis & Learning in Brooklyn is seeking a Content Coach to design and oversee after-school curricula across multiple sites, aligning with DYCD requirements and NYS standards. You will lead curriculum development, coach staff, and drive quality improvements to support academic and social-emotional growth.

You will observe activities, hold planning meetings, deliver professional development, and ensure inclusive practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
2–3 years of experience with school-age youth in after-school settings.
Experience in curriculum development and instructional coaching.
Strong understanding of positive youth development and SEL.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; DYCD Connect familiarity.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee high-quality educational activities across sites.
Coordinate curricula across multiple sites ensuring DYCD compliance.
Provide staff coaching and professional development.
Lead planning meetings and review lesson plans.
Support inclusive practices and youth development goals.
