Job summary

New York Junior Tennis & Learning in Brooklyn is seeking a Content Coach to design and oversee after-school curricula across multiple sites, aligning with DYCD requirements and NYS standards. You will lead curriculum development, coach staff, and drive quality improvements to support academic and social-emotional growth.

You will observe activities, hold planning meetings, deliver professional development, and ensure inclusive practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience with school-age youth in after-school settings.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional coaching.
  • Strong understanding of positive youth development and SEL.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; DYCD Connect familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee high-quality educational activities across sites.
  • Coordinate curricula across multiple sites ensuring DYCD compliance.
  • Provide staff coaching and professional development.
  • Lead planning meetings and review lesson plans.
