Job summary

Sticky Fingers Cooking in Phoenix seeks a part-time Chef Teacher to lead hands-on cooking classes for ages 5-14, 1 hour per session with prep, 2–5 PM on weekdays. This temp-to-perm role offers a fun, flexible schedule and a chance to make an impact by teaching healthy eating habits.

You’ll be supported with curricula, recipes, and a toolkit; travel between schools in your area, and you’ll receive $60 per class plus food reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or coaching kids of various ages.
• Availability for 1-hr classes on weekdays between 2–5 PM, 2+ days/week.
• Must arrive 20 minutes before class, on campus.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to obtain Az IVP Fingerprint Clearance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on cooking classes with kid-friendly recipes.
• Spark creativity by introducing new ingredients and cuisines.
• Prepare for classes using provided curricula and shop for ingredients.
• Coordinate with Admin Team to ensure student attendance.
• Be the face of fun, encouraging confidence in the kitchen.
