You will orchestrate workshop workflow, drive productivity, handle customer queries about technical issues, warranties, service, repairs, and MOTs, and be hands-on when required.

The Role

As an Aftersales Manager you will need to ensure the smooth running of the Aftersales Department. Delivering a first-class customer experience is key to our business success, so it is vital that you are engaging and keen to build long lasting relationships. Orchestrating a streamlined and cost-effective flow of work throughout the workshop. Increasing productivity by providing innovative ways to maximise profits. You should be able to answer any customer queries and resolve any issues relating to technical problems, warranties, service, repairs, and MOTs. You should be able to be hands on as and when required.

About You

You will need to have experience as managerial experience within the Motor trade. Have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Be good at problem solving and identifying solutions for core issues, taking responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
