Job summary

The Youth Development Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore will deliver high-quality programs focusing on healthy lifestyles, arts, academics, and leadership for members ages 6–18 at a Howard County school-based site. You will build inclusive, engaging spaces and guide youth through developmentally appropriate activities under Club management.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and a track record of working with youth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related field education a plus.
• Experience working with children in safe, inclusive environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach youth and model healthy behaviors with positivity.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license a plus.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• Mandatory background check completed before hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality programs and activities for youth aged 6–18.
