Job summary

The Salvation Army Quincy Kroc Center Youth Department is seeking a Youth Driver to safely transport school-aged children to and from local schools and the Kroc Center. You will enforce rules with care, maintain a clean vehicle, and provide a welcoming, positive presence during rides.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, being 21+, and a clean driving record. A friendly, empathetic attitude and reliability are essential as you contribute to the children’s positive

Clean driving record (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years).
Reliable, punctual, and responsible with great attention to safety.

Responsibilities

Safely transport school-aged children from local schools to the Quincy Kroc Center.
Ensure the safety and well-being of kids during every ride by enforcing rules with care and positivity.
Be a friendly, trusted adult who brightens their day with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Follow scheduled routes, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs.
Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain a positive, calm atmosphere while adhering to all traffic laws.
