Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage skill-building, and help recipients engage in community activities to grow personal goals beyond the home.

Positions are available in full- and part-time schedules with options for flexible hours and a streamlined virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients and assist with daily living activities.
• Encourage skill-building and personal growth in a respectful, encouraging manner.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to promote inclusion and independence.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to implement care plans.
