Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Keeps stock rotation strict with FIFO procedures.
• Demonstrates service quality by ensuring team understands their roles in meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management system to maximize productivity and analyzes performance.
