Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the receiving, order pulling, and loading operations for next-day deliveries in Tolleson, AZ. You will supervise administrative staff, hire and train teammates, and ensure accurate order processing and stock rotation under FIFO rules.

You will coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on pick planning and leverage our warehouse systems to maximize productivity while maintaining strict safety standards and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, providing training and guidance, establishing job standards and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift.
• Ensures all product received during the shift is stocked properly and FIFO procedures are followed.
• Demonstrates a strong service quality ethic and ensures staff understand their roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes the warehouse management system and other technologies to maximize productivity.
• Handles building security and ensures safe operation of material handling; complies with health and safety programs.
