Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an afternoon shift Lead to oversee the warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory, on-time orders, and safety compliance in Midway, GA. You will coach staff, optimize workflows, and collaborate with management to deliver reliable daily solutions for customers.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure on-time orders.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach warehouse staff; promote development.
Utilize warehouse management system and maintain documents.
Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety policies.
Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
Track orders and investigate issues; ensure 7S housekeeping.
