Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm–7:30am) to supervise the warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safe, efficient operations.

This role emphasizes coaching staff, optimizing tasks, and consistent adherence to policies under a fast-paced environment. Required are at least 2 years in a warehouse, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with WMS and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team; encourage performance improvement.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and catalog goods.
