Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead to oversee a warehouse team on the Afternoon Shift (Mon–Fri, 02:30pm–11:30pm) in Goodyear, AZ.

You will supervise the team and area to keep operations running smoothly and deliver exceptional daily solutions for customers, while helping build a career with GXO. The role requires at least 2 years in warehousing, SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience and familiarity with WMS.
• Experience with handheld scanners and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory and on-time orders.
• Review workload, assign tasks, and train/coach warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety, proper use of equipment, and adherence to policies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain work documents.
• Track orders, investigate problems, and support management.
