Job summary

SIMONA Boltaron in Ohio is seeking a Blend System Operator for the Plastic Compound line on the afternoon shift (3pm-11pm). You will follow production orders, weigh and mix batches, operate blending equipment, and stage batches for the line.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, experience with hand tools and measuring devices, forklift experience, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Math and Computer Skills
• Hand Tools and Measuring Devices (micrometer, tape measure)
• Forklift Experience
• Demonstration of good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow production work orders/recipes to mix raw material batches for production
• Utilize mixing/blending equipment and tumblers to weigh and sift all compounds
• Utilize equipment to ensure batches are within tolerance
• Stage all batches to be used on the production line
• Complete daily inventory to verify inventory
• Clean all containers, equipment and working area to prevent contamination
