Job summary

Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate care. Weekend Warrior position for a Nurse Assistant trainee with potential CNA/certifications, serving residents during night shifts and weekends.

Opportunity to gain hands-on experience, with a $1500 sign-on bonus and a 5:30pm-6am schedule including every Friday-Sunday rotation. This role supports patient care and documentation while developing essential nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and monitor patient status.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide basic nursing tasks under supervision, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and document changes in patient condition.
