Qualifications

• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following site procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities accordingly.
• Observe traffic around shipping/receiving and report hazards or policy violations to site leadership.
