Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by applying site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Control entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents, notifying site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeters, documenting security concerns.
