Job summary

Felician Sisters of North America is seeking an unscheduled casual Registered Nurse to work afternoons (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm) in a convent home environment in Chicago, IL. This role supports elder Franciscan sisters, with potential for additional night shifts as available.

The position offers competitive hourly pay, up to $58.06, based on experience, plus robust benefits including PTO, referrals, and employee discounts. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Current license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters.
• Assist Nurse Aides to ensure high-quality care and support.
• Distribute medications, maintain narcotic records, and charting duties.
• Contribute to a warm, caring convent environment through teamwork.
