Job summary

Felician Sisters of North America seeks dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters at a convent home on the Felician University campus in Lodi, NJ. Night shifts are available (10:00 pm – 6:30 am) in a casual, unscheduled role with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, medication administration, and supervising Nurse Aides while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where the convent home is located (New Jersey).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters.
• Oversee Nurse Aides to ensure quality care and support.
• Distribute medications, maintain narcotic records and charting.
• Collaborate with all departments to maintain a warm, caring convent environment.
