Felician Sisters of North America is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for casual (per diem) 1st shift positions at a convent home in Buffalo. Nurses will deliver resident-focused, quality care to Franciscan sisters in a peaceful setting near Villa Maria College.

Salary ranges from $36.11 to $52.39 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. Benefits include PTO, referrals, discounts, and other programs, with opportunities for pay increases and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the convent home is located.
• Current license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct care of elder Franciscan sisters.
• Assist in overseeing Nurse Aides to ensure high quality care.
• Distribute medications, maintain narcotic records, and charting duties.
• Support a warm, caring convent environment and collaborate across departments to maintain sister satisfaction.

Education

Current RN license in good standing

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Minimum of two years nursing experience

Long-term care experience preferred
