Actikare Responsive In Home Care in Lynnwood is hiring compassionate caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) to join our award-winning in-home care team. Positions are available for weekday shifts and require a licensed and insured driver.

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

Provide pleasant and supportive companionshipAssist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasksPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing mealsPrepare for clientsReport any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family membersAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training programReliable transportationAbility to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint checkAbility to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in EnglishU.S. work authorization (Mandatory)Strong commitment to reliability and punctualityMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerOutstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skillsPhysical endurance to complete required tasks
