Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care - Bellevue in Woodinville is hiring immediately for caregiver roles with 10A-2PM shifts. You will support seniors with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence at home.

Offering $21.00–$23.00 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers, with flexible hours plus comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO and sick leave, and free continuing education training. WA CNA/HCA certification or enrollment required.

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• ActiveCNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
