Actikare seeks caregivers in Woodinville for immediate hire. Provide companionship and assist with daily living activities in clients' homes, with flexible 12–20 hours weekly, up to 40. Earn $21–$23 per hour with benefits.

HCA/CNA certification in WA or training program enrollment, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks are required. You’ll help clients stay independent and safe at home.

Formación

• Active CNA or HCA certification in Washington state or in training.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Reliable, punctual, compassionate with good bedside manner.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance for required tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pleasant companionship to clients.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility to appointments and activities.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily living tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Prepare for clients.
• Report any incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• ActiveCNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
