Zusammenfassung

Supporting Autism is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in the South Charlotte area with afternoon availability (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM ideal). RBTs provide one-on-one, individualized skill-building per each child’s treatment plan, using positive reinforcement and natural environment teaching alongside DTT methods.

Paid training is provided for new to field; current RBTs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children, ABA preferred for learners with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and professional conduct required.
• Be a team player with reliable transportation.
• Commit to the role for at least six months.
• First Aid and CPR certification (training provided).
• Complete RBT training (40 hours online) and pass the RBT exam.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based skill-building per the child’s treatment plan.
• Collect and record data as part of ongoing progress monitoring.
• Follow established procedures and best practices with a whole-child approach.
