Come Grow with Us!

Supporting Autism is actively seeking caring and energetic individuals in the South Charlotte area for Registered Behavior Technician roles! Afternoon availability is strongly preferred, with 12:00 PM -5:00 PM being the ideal availability.

RBT's play a critical role in the lives of the children we serve! RBT's work in a one-on-one setting to provide highly individualized skill building and learning opportunities in accordance with each child's treatment plan. Supporting Autism prides itself on implementing best-practices with a whole-child approach to learning. We utilize positive reinforcement techniques and incorporate a blend of natural environment teaching practices with discrete trial instruction methods. An ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
  • Operate as a member of team.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Possess a sense of humor and a strong work ethic.
