Solving Autism, LLC is seeking caring and energetic individuals for Registered Behavior Technician roles in the South Charlotte area. Afternoon availability (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM) is preferred, with training provided and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based skill building per child’s treatment plan.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Participate in paid RBT training and ongoing support.
• Support a small team with consistent scheduling and milestones.
