Job summary

Supporting Autism in the Charlotte area seeks caring individuals for Registered Behavior Technician roles. Ideal candidates have evening availability from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and are prepared to work one-on-one with learners in homes, clinics, or community settings.

Paid training and ongoing support are provided. Responsibilities include implementing individualized learning plans, collecting data, and collaborating with a supportive ABA team to promote progress for children with autism and

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, particularly with autism or behavior challenges.
• Strong communication and professional conduct.
• Ability to operate as a member of a team.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Positive attitude, humor, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to commit to at least six months.
• Completion of First Aid and CPR certification (training provided).
• Evening availability between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM is required.
• RBT training (40 hours) provided and paid.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect data and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision by the team.
