Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for afternoon hours in Gilbert, AZ. The role offers in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism, with pay ranging $20-$28 per hour and both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Work is in-person with supportive supervision to ensure high quality care. Qualified candidates will have an RBT certification from BACB, a valid driver’s license, experience with autism, and strong communication with families and team members.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in process.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism.
• Strong communication with families and team.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in natural environments.
• Collect data and prepare for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff for consistency.
