Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA interventions for children with Autism in the Phoenix area. Afternoon hours with flexible schedules, part-time and full-time opportunities available.

The role emphasizes data collection, teamwork with supervisors, and ensuring consistent ABA strategies across sessions. In addition to competitive hourly pay, employees receive weekly pay and health benefits, fostering work-life balance.

Qualifications

RBT Certification required; BACB 인증 보유 시 우대가 아님.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, families.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Willingness to learn and take feedback.
Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

Provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.
