Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for afternoon hours to support in-home 1:1 ABA therapy with children ages 1-21. The role focuses on delivering ABA interventions, recording data, and collaborating with supervisors and families.

Pay is competitive at $18-$28 per hour, with weekly pay, health insurance, incentive programs, referral bonuses, and PTO. Part-time and full-time positions are currently open, in-person in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children with Autism is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
